lyrics

Digging our own grave.
Nothing left to save.
Science has betrayed us.
Now Humankind, returns to dust.

At first we wither,
Then we rot.
We are all dying on the vine,
That time forgot.
And now we all fall to our knees.
The mass extinction of a species.

No fate but what we make.
All we did was take and take.
The sky morphs into a pyroclastic dome.
Sealing us inside this earthly tomb.

At first we wither,
Then we rot.
We are all dying on the vine,
That time forgot.
And now we all fall to our knees.
The mass extinction of a species.

We were warned.
Planetary scorn.
No one can save us.
We are discarded, disgraced, erased.

The oceans boil before us.
We feel the tremors from the earth’s crust.
Our buildings crumble to the ground.
Billions die, their screams an unholy sound.

At first we wither,
Then we rot.
We are all dying on the vine,
That time forgot.
And now we all fall to our knees.
The mass extinction of a species.

We were warned.
Planetary scorn.
No one can save us.
We are discarded, disgraced, erased.

Pass into oblivion.
A reckoning, for eons of neglect.
Humanity into madness, descend.
Our Mother Earth has decided our end.

Reflect on our grave mistakes.
Poisoned our oceans and lakes.
Where did we all go so wrong?
Our avarice has reigned for too long.

At first we wither,
Then we rot.
We are all dying on the vine,
That time forgot.
And now we all fall to our knees.
The mass extinction of a species.

We were warned.
Planetary scorn.
No one can save us.
We are (extinct) discarded, disgraced, erased.
